Well, mostly. I’ll add the binding tomorrow evening, and it’ll be ready for this weekend’s road trip. It will be the 4th quilt in the stack – that should be plenty of stitching to keep me occupied on the long drive each way.

I was half afraid to look at the back. Seriously. Every straight line that wasn’t actually straight was nerve-wracking enough. But quilting the background when I couldn’t really see the stitching lines? Interesting. But you know what? It’s kinda cool. From a distance, anyway.

And the wine – I was pretty sure I’d need it whether my machine cooperated or not (but thank goodness it did.) I was right.

I did discover I really enjoy working with the rulers. I have a couple more to play with ~ and more I’d like to try. Might be time to hide the debit card again.
